Even with my oily skin, I haven't lost much in the way of shape. I recently decided that I wanted my brows a little darker and I made an appointment to see Candace. Upon her in-person consultation, we decided not to move forward with the retouch. She easily could've just taken my money. I recently had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows nano bladed, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded all my expectations.
Upon arriving to the salon, I was greeted by Candace who made me feel comfortable right away. The ambiance was relaxing, clean, and inviting. Candace was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire procedure, addressing any concerns I had before we began. She meticulously mapped out my eyebrows, ensuring they would be symmetrical and suited to my facial features. The precision and attention to detail were very impressive.
The actual nano blading process was surprisingly comfortable. Before the numbing cream, the pain was about 4/10 but it was tolerable. She then applied a numbing cream, which made the remainder of the appointment painless. At times, I even drifted off to sleep.
Throughout the procedure, Candace was communicative, checking in to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the progress.
As far as my results, they are absolutely stunning! My eyebrows look natural, fuller, and perfectly shaped. I rarely ever wear make up so I wanted very natural looking brows and she definitely delivered. The fine hair-like strokes are super realistic, and I’ve received numerous compliments on how great they look. The best part is knowing that I can just get up and go without having to worry about my brows and it has greatly improved my self confidence.

If you have thinning brows and or unhappy with your brow shape, then I highly recommend Candace at The Slay Summit. I met Candace and expressed my concern with my brows. I previously had a micro-blading procedure performed a different business. We discussed my concerns with my brows and expectations. She gave me her professional advice and we proceeded from there.
After performing several tattoo removal sessions, it was time for the nano-brow procedure. Candace is a professional and perfectionist. She took at least an hour and a half mapping my eyebrow shape and ensuring it was to my liking.

I recently visited Candace for my Microblading. After years of thinking about doing this, and researching different techniques and locations, I finally selected Candace, but I was still extremely nervous! When the day came, I was still almost ready to chicken out, but I went to my appointment and from the moment I arrived, Candace's professional attitude and the exceptionally beautiful, clean clinic made me relax and trust her with my eyebrows. (We've all seen the horrors of bad microblading from infections to poor design and execution!) She is very patient and explains the process and listens to what you want and then carefully maps out the shape and shows you the color before she begins. This process takes close to two hours, and you see exactly what you are getting, and she will tell you... "NOW is the time to be super picky" and she wants you to look closely at the shape and let her know if you wish to adjust anything. I wanted a very natural shape and look. I was not at all looking for a strong brow shape or color. I was tired of penciling them in every morning because they never looked the same or even two days in a row! After the process, I saw the results right away and they looked fabulous! Candace provides a care kit and detailed written instructions to make sure the brows would keep the pigment, shape and not get infected. Overall, it was an excellent and very professional experience! You cannot go wrong selecting Candace at the Slay Summit! I highly recommend her services and you can completely RELAX; she is a PRO!

Came across her business page on Instagram. Had been wanting my eyebrows done for over 10 years due pre-adolescent shaving and lack of thickness. I watched the videos, read her information on the Fitzpatrick scale and how she services the people of color. Then she upgraded her skills to nano technology, this was a game changer. I continued to watch, not ready to book, afraid because it’s my face. Then I asked questions, and she answered. I booked. Flew in from New Orleans because what she offers, I couldn’t find anywhere else. The first session was perfection! She took her time making sure if my eyebrows weren’t twins, they would at least be sisters. After working the shape and metrics around my face she begin. It was so relaxing and low pain that I fell asleep during my session. My results were beautiful. I was happy because I never seen my eyebrows so detailed, vibrant and perfect. After the session, she walked me through the after care, what to expect as well as gave me soap to use and cream. The healing process happened in the order the card stock named. The peeling, dabbing the lymp, possible fading, all the above. I made sure I followed instructions to the T, because again, this is my face!
Flew in again for my final appointment to fix color, corrections or concerns I had. At this session, the way she scaled my face!!!! Just the lining made me feel like that’s all I needed. She perfected every line. Once started, it was an easy session and quick. She took her time because she likes to get it as perfect as possible. The end results, perfect. My Experience was nothing short of amazing! The Slay Summit gets 5 stars from me. First, upon walking in her working space I appreciated how calming and inviting it was and the view was really nice. Candance herself was very soft spoken and very patient with me and answered all my questions for the second time,(We've previously met for my consult via FT). Candance is a perfectionist and it shows, I love love love my new brows I'm a minimal make-up kind of gal and when I say minimal I mean lashes, eyeliner and lip gloss. Nano shading gives me that little upphm without all the hard work and I wouldn't recommend any other service or anyone else to do it. I drove 3 hours because she is that good and I'll do it again with no hesitation. If your the type that over thinks and have to ponder for months and do a ton of research don't I've done it for you sis. Book with Candace she'll have your brows looking amazing. The wait is worth it! SHE IS VERY TALENTED AND WILL TELL YOU THE REAL DEAL! If you need a correction as in my case, she will be honest with you. It is a long process, their is a why to the why. However, at the end of the day she delivers perfection. I am currently waiting 8 weeks for the next step. I am extremely happy with her performance on my brows.
